This is huge, isn’t it? Trying to change people’s attitudes to working together all at the same time is an immense challenge- I’d say it takes 6 months in a little team of about 8, and needs constant reinforcing. I’d assumed you were talking about storytelling from your own perspective, about why people should collaborate differently so that they change their mindset,but did you mean it from their perspective,like a skill that all employees should try to foster anyway?
